The title of this work refers to meanings of the word Agency as being a place or as the capacity act in our own self-interest.  The dismantling of ideals that were forced upon us, of being accepting of what was given to us through the Indian Agents as attempted reparations for land theft.  Reclaiming the power of our sovereignty and using that power for the benefit of our communitie
